My mission is to help you remember your power — to awaken the deep wisdom already within you. Together, we explore pathways to higher consciousness, reconnecting with the voice of your soul and the energy of Spirit moving through your life.
This is a path of remembrance — of living with purpose, presence, and connection.
When you step into your wholeness, your light ripples outward, touching not just your life, but the world around you.
For me, this path isn’t a career — it’s a calling.
I don’t do this work to make a living; I do it to make a difference.
What I offer comes from my heart, not from financial need. I am here in sacred service, sharing the wisdom that Spirit has asked me to carry.

🌿My Journey
For more than thirty years, I have been walking a path of healing, remembrance, and deep connection with Spirit. Along the way, I have had the privilege of learning from remarkable teachers, indigenous wisdom keepers, and gifted healers from many traditions. Each experience has gently shaped the way I serve today—not by giving me answers, but by helping me trust the wisdom that already lives within each of us.
Years ago, I followed a dream that became a beloved spiritual gift shop, herbal apothecary, and healing center in New York's Hudson Valley. It was more than a business; it was a gathering place where people came to reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with something greater than themselves. Holding space for those conversations, witnessing healing unfold, and building a community rooted in kindness remain among the great privileges of my life.
Like many women, my path wasn't a straight line. Before stepping fully into this work, I studied art history and built a career in the legal and investment banking worlds. Those experiences shaped me in important ways, but beneath them all was a quieter calling that continued to ask for my attention until I was finally ready to listen.
Today, I call the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado home, though part of my heart will always belong to the French Caribbean, where the rhythm of the sea taught me to slow down and listen. Nature continues to be one of my greatest teachers. Whether I'm wandering through the forest, sitting beside a mountain stream, or feeling the warmth of the sun on my face, I find Spirit woven into the Sacred Ordinary of everyday life.
I am the mother of three extraordinary grown children, a grateful bonus mom to a wonderful son-in-law, and "GiGi"—short for Grandmother Goddess—to two delightful grandchildren who remind me every day to meet life with wonder.
When I'm not mentoring, teaching, or writing, you'll usually find me outdoors, coffee in hand, offering quiet gratitude to the Earth beneath my feet and listening for whatever wisdom the day has to share.

🌙 My Personal Story: From Constriction to Liberation 🪷
There was a time when I lived in quiet suffocation — following the rules, fulfilling roles, and living a life shaped by others’ expectations. It looked fine from the outside, but inside, I felt hollow and didn’t even recognize it. The gilded cage of conformity had dulled my spirit, and something deep within me began to stir.
I said yes to the search.
To find myself, I dove into women’s circles, walked alongside shamans, and opened myself to the soft guidance from astrology, psychics, and tarot. It wasn’t always graceful — but it was honest. I was on fire with longing, with curiosity, with the ache of awakening.
And then Spirit brought me to my knees.
Lyme disease arrived like a fierce teacher — slowing me down until I could no longer ignore the messages. I went from multitasking and mothering three young children to barely staying awake for a few hours at a time. My memory faltered, my body ached constantly, and the medicine I was offered couldn’t touch the root of my suffering.
So I turned to something deeper — shamanic healing.
I began weaving together the wisdom of modern Western medicine with the ancient tools of energy medicine and shamanic healing. Slowly, gently, something shifted. After many years, healing began — not just physically, but spiritually.
It wasn’t a fix — it was a sacred unraveling. I entered a threshold, guided by something far greater than me. That’s when I began to study, to listen, to walk the medicine path.
Years later, I found myself standing at another threshold — a relationship unraveling, a deep truth rising. After decades in a marriage where I wasn’t seen, honored, or truly loved, I chose myself. I left. And while I lost almost everything externally, I gained something far more precious: sovereignty, clarity, and my own radiant joy.
This path has shown me that happiness and harmony don’t live out there. They live within.
We don’t need to be saved — we need to remember. To reconnect with our inner knowing and the sacred energy that holds us all.
That is why I share what I share. The tools I offer — from circles to ceremony, from shamanic practices to soul mentoring — are not about fixing you. They are about guiding you back to the wisdom that already lives within you.
You are the medicine.
I’m simply here to walk beside you as you remember.
I’m not earning a living through this work; I’m living my truth through it.
This is my passion, my purpose, and my way of giving back what was so generously given to me.
