There is a great need in our culture for healing and empowerment and a call to bring the Sacred into the ordinary. In this workshop, we work with ordinary technology to bridge the gap between the sacred and ordinary. You will be required to bring a headset, earphones, or some private listening device and something to record voice on (most mobile phones today have recording capability).
The act of listening, listening deeply, will cure 50% of what ails a human soul.
Path of Counseling - advancing your skill and practice with deep listening.
On this third path, the Path of Counseling, as you journey into living the Sacred Ordinary we build on the Awakening and Power you explored previously. This is the next step in your spiritual evolution. It is an opportunity to deepen your journeying skills and heal personal wounds while guiding another through their own healing. You begin by practicing heart-to-heart with a partner. After a weekend of deep listening, you will be well prepared to venture off on your own with a new style of shamanic journeying.

To help you learn the skill of listening and unpacking another's shamanic journey, this work is done in partner groups. A practice which will quickly develop your ability to decipher and understand your own journeys. The partner work is safe, supported, and supervised. You will have opportunity to be both listener and journeyer throughout the weekend as we take turns with the work.
