There was a moment not long ago when someone asked me how to “hear” their intuition. They expected something mystical. Something distant. Something only accessible after years of practice. But the truth is far simpler, and far more intimate. You are already listening. You just may not yet recognize the language. Because spirit does not only speak in visions or signs. It speaks through your body. Through sensation. Through emotion. Through subtle shifts in your energy field that are always—quietly, consistently—guiding you. Your Body Is Always Speaking Energy is not abstract. It is felt. It shows up as:
They are messages. Your body is not separate from your intuition—it is your intuition made tangible. Fear vs. Intuition: Learning the Difference One of the most common questions I hear is: How do I know if it’s fear or intuition? Fear tends to feel urgent, loud, and spiraling. It pulls you into stories, worst-case scenarios, and “what ifs.” It contracts your energy and often lives in the mind. Intuition, on the other hand, is quieter. Steadier. It may not always feel comfortable, but it feels clear. Even when it asks you to stretch, there is a grounded knowing beneath it. Fear shouts. Intuition whispers. And your body knows the difference before your mind can make sense of it. The Body as Oracle In my work with oracle practices, I often remind women that the most powerful oracle they will ever work with is their own body. Before the cards. Before the runes. Before any external tool. Your body is constantly translating energy into sensation, offering you real-time guidance about what is aligned, what is not, and what is asking for your attention. When you begin to trust this, something shifts. You stop outsourcing your knowing. You start living in conversation with your own energy. A Simple Daily Practice to Listen This does not require hours of meditation or retreating from your life. It begins with a pause. Just once or twice a day, gently come back to yourself and ask:
Breathe. Notice. Allow. There is nothing to fix. Only something to hear. Over time, this simple practice becomes a bridge—between your mind and your body, between your body and your spirit. You Already Speak This Language Learning to feel energy in your body is not about gaining a new skill. It is about remembering something ancient. Your body has always been in conversation with your spirit. Your intuition has always been guiding you through sensation, emotion, and energy. The invitation is not to become more intuitive. It is to become more present. Because when you slow down enough to listen, you begin to realize: Your body is not just carrying you through life. It is guiding you home.
